The late Speaker Jacob Oulanyah laid to rest in his ancestral home in Lalogi, Omoro District. Jacob Oulanyah passed on about three weeks ago as announced by President Museveni on 20th March at the University of Washington Medical Centre in Seattle, US where he was receiving specialised treatment for Cancer. The late’s remains was repatriated by the state last Friday, welcomed, eulogised in Parliament and at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds as provided for in the Constitution of Uganda.
