43% female representation says alot on girl child education, more discussions should be held on increasing the percentage of female in Educational institutions. The Chancellor attributes the decrease to financial constraints that limited some students from completing their courses. However much has to be done regarding cost of education which is simultaneously increasing. Most parents are opting for short courses and others support children to drop out because of costs.
