There are battles that are repeated in the family history, identifying and picking children. And those that attack specifically male and female children especially in marriage. There are battles of like mother-daughter, father-son, battles grand parents faced. Ezekiel 16:44, it’s a pattern, a trend family familiar spirits work closely with. It’s responsible for repeated problems, sometimes they are called household spirits. Luke 11: 47-50, the priesthood in charge of lineage ensures curses manifest, causes families to do things that makes curses come to past. It’s important to understand where the curses came from and who issued the curse. Exo: 20:5-6- Commands mankind to keep the mandate of Christ, the commandments of Christ.
“The iniquities that our fathers did, will not be counted if we keep Commandments. It’s not about being born again ,it’s about obedience to the command. Live a holy and righteous life.” This was the powerful opening ministration from Pastor Benita Blessing Gonyere of MFM Uganda during the monthly Deliverance prayer session of “Powers Must Change Hands”. Many believers usually look forward to it to deliver their families.
Note: once you’ve decided to follow Commandments, the voice of your ancestors will rise and attack because darkness can’t mix with light. (1John 4)
There are two priesthood (levitical priesthood-clan leaders) set up laws for that clan and the priesthood under the order of Melcheledeck. The one Jesus came from, under which one obtain salvation but it is still being controlled by the priesthood of the family. It has covered families because our first fathers brought them. They determine how far children go; the female and male children’s destinies. Heb:7 if the levitical priesthood was perfect, Christ wouldn’t come. The patterns are polygamy,diseases and character traits. Sometimes we fail to fight the good fight because the voice of the ancestors is louder than the voice of Christ in our lives.
In the cases of female, the mother’s history is repeated in them. Heb 7: 11-13 Aaron represents clan leadership; clans are responsible for laws that affect males and female for instance in some clans, women are inherited, no property ownership. Some families can’t rise to a certain level, well others simply made it because they were invoking ancestral spirits. Heb 7:15-16-23, Ezekiel 16:1-4 it’s important to examine the clan, place of birth and ancestral roots as they all affect us.
Signs the voice of ancestors are speaking loud in your life
When one is pushed easily into witchcraft instead of prayer
When one falls into the hands of false prophets
Meeting wrong people
Marrying the wrong people
Doing business with the wrong people
One operates under disobedience
Manifests sickness of mother-father
Division in family, polygamy
Marriage foundation started with sorcery, witchcraft etc
Isaiah 57:3, Ezekiel 24,Jeremiah 27: God Himself can take away glory from a family. A family can sell the glories of children for profit and unconsciously give away the family glory.
When you experience rise and fall. In businesses, career, finance.
Vicious cycle of poverty. Your parents were poor, now the traits followed you.
Insanity- addiction to alcohol. Family familiar spirits singles out individuals to bring the traits.the priesthood has decided to waste them.
Solutions/Deliverance
Get rooted in a true church that teaches salvation.
Be born again
Deal with internal enemies like anger, bitterness, pride etc.
Beloved, until you experience a true relationship with Christ, the voice of your ancestors will dominate. Let those with ears hear. Jesus is Lord!
