Walking arbitrarily is being in a consistent manner with God. Give God your heart. Col.3 1-25 explains the need for one to die in self and live in Christ. Dieing in self means putting away anger,wrath, malice, blasphemy and filthy talk out of our mouth. Putting off the old man and embracing the new man with Christly characters. In Gen 17:1 God told Abraham to live a blameless life.
2 Corr 11, choose always to serve God, Praise and love Him, make it a lifestyle and a priority. Stop familiarity in the body of Christ. Turn away from evil. 1 Peter 3:1-25 calls for incorruptible behaviour, obedience, submissiveness of wives to husbands and husbands honoring wives, and compassion with one another; avoid evil for evil, contrary return love for hatred that you may inherit a blessing. 1 Peter 3:17, it’s better to be accused falsely for doing right (the will of God) than evil doing.
In this era, content created like cartoons are introducing same sex parenting to children. In prophecy, certain activities of homosexuality will come to past. Though in Uganda, leaders are strongly against it for instance recently Deputy Speaker Rt.Hon.Thomas Tayebwa stated ” Uganda will not support acts of same sex marriage” in the Common Wealth meeting, God will allow it to happen to fulfil scripture.
The Regional Overseer of MFM Uganda Pastor Benita Blessing Gonyere during her ministration as usual encouraged the congregation to be mindful and vigilance by referencing her teaching to current affairs, something that most believers find shocking and intriguing.
What to do in order to fear God
- Obey God, please Him and do good to your fellow man because God’s law demands it. Abraham answered God’s call through sacrifice because he trusted Him, therefore trusting in God in evidence you fear Him.
- Do works of righteousness-live a straight clear life with consistency. Be reliable.
- Keep His Commandments Eccl 12:13
- Read the word of God Deut 17:18-19 Mal:1:6-8
- Seek God with all your heart and you will surely see Him
It’s difficult to claim you fear God when you are not born again, give your lives to Christ and He will guide you to live a holy and blameless life. Be Blessed as you read. Jesus is Lord.
