Finding True Purpose means finding yourself.
Before we were created, God had purpose for each of us. The divine thing others called destiny but let’s call it purpose. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” There are things society has for decades instilled in us like marriage, child bearing, career, hobbie to seemingly become our purpose but they are not.
In 1 Peter2:9 we discover that individually we are on a mission.
“We have no impact and connection to the things around us.the Bible offer meaningful insights into man’s purpose on Earth and living within a mission.”
For something/activity to become your purpose in life, it must Glorify, exalt God. That thing some one does continously and the end results lifts God’s Name on High.
How do you determine purpose…
Seek Him in righteousness with songs of Praises, worship and pray…and He shall gladly reveal to you the exact thing you need to do.
How do you know you are in true purpose…
When one walks in purpose, results show. One manifests progress and prosperity.spiritual and financial prosperity. It’s impossible to do something that exalts Him and He fails to Bless you. Things begin to move in your direction with ease, at the perfect time.
Purpose and Discipleship
Being a follower of Christ isn’t sufficient to determine our end, we owe to disciple others to receive light. In 1John 1:1-4, a person owe to extend that which he has heard, seen, looked upon and handled of the word of life with others. Grow spiritually; become exemplary that others may see the Christ in you. People believe by seeing!
True Purpose incorporates Discipleship; let’s be clear, serving in Church doesn’t mean you are in purpose. Purpose can be anything! Leadership, creative writing, singing in choir, engineering, carpentry etc as long as it Glorifies God. And one can disciple in purpose.
Discipleship takes time, effort, pain but it’s rewarding.
Well, find your true purpose today.
Surely the Lord is with us.
