Many are shocked to the sudden death of Francis Opio this week. The Magistrate who had just been sworned in four months ago and posted to Lamwo District Headquarter succumbed to road accident. Francis was on a boda boda headed to Gulu to visit his family when the unfortunate happened.
His death came as a shock not only to his close family and friends but also the Old Boys and Girls from his precious institutions of learning, comrades from school of Laws Makerere University where he attained Bachelors of Law, Bishop Cipriano Kihangire SSS where he attended his secondary education and excelled as well.
Words can not describe the grieve of those he left behind. Indeed Francis Opio will dearly be missed by everyone.
