Lately DNA testing increased as several men are subjecting children to the test to ascertain their paternity. This comes days after government carried out DNA testing on some of murdered students during the Kasese attack where some results didn’t match. Tests have since raised questions concerning declining moral values. Ugandans cautioned to be vigilant regarding internal security after United Kingdom issued a terror attack alert in the Country. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) yesterday 30th March marked sixty years of existence and extension of support to various government projects in Uganda in a formal ceremony held at Sheraton Hotel in Kampala.
